Conor Finnegan’s cheerful new film aims to improve the quality of life for people dealing with blindness, low-vision or low literacy. Featuring a loveable cast of five main puppets each based on Haleon products, including an all singing, all dancing Sensodyne tube the spot shows the predicament people with seeing difficulties or low literacy face when it comes to deciphering the difference between various health products. Partnering up with Microsoft’s Seeing AI app, this free resource offers narration of over 1500 health products using AI.

The shoot involved a combination of live-action and puppetry, with CG limbs, and 2D faces. Conor teamed up with award-winning filmmaker, Adam Morse, who brought his own experiences as someone who is legally blind to inform the casting and tone of the piece. To create the puppets and sets, we turned to the expertise of leading puppet master, Andy Gent, and his team at Arch Model Studios.
